Having a nail tech that understands this will help you get the best nails without having to compromise your nail designs and colours if you're into them. You can still be fabulous while working out. Just looking at your nails and lifting weights or performing cardio can help you push through the pain and leave you feeling accomplished when you finish your workout. What nails do you like to have at the gym?

If you're constantly in the gym, you want to ensure your nails are sturdy and of an appropriate length to avoid injury and unnecessary nail breaks. Ouch! If you prefer longer lengths in the gym, ensure that your nail tech has installed proper structure into your nails. Building an apex and a c-curve free edge will improve the strength and longevity of your nails so you can work out without the stress of them breaking. At Xisnails, we would not recommend opting for longer than medium-length extensions if you're a frequent visitor to the gym. All in all, never forget to just have fun with it. If you make your fitness journey feel like a chore, it’s highly unlikely you'll get the results you require.
