What to Expect

  • Expect a fun, celebratory atmosphere with birthday-inspired designs, colours, and vibes. Whether you love bold, sparkly looks or something more minimal, you’ll have plenty of creative freedom to match your style.

  • This workshop is beginner-friendly. You’ll be guided through each step—from nail prep to design techniques—so you can feel confident creating your own set, even if you’ve never done nails before.

  • Led by a friendly, experienced and qualified host who keeps the energy fun, inclusive, and celebratory—guiding you through each step while making sure everyone feels confident and involved.

  • Everything you need will be ready for you, including tools, polishes, and decorative elements. Just bring yourself and your creativity—we’ll handle the rest. (Please feel feel to bring your own products and tools as familiarity of use can help you in the class and when you leave and continue practicing at home)

  • You’ll have time to design and complete your own birthday-inspired nails. Experiment with colours, patterns, gems, and more to create something uniquely yours.

  • Enjoy a selection of light, feel-good snacks and refreshing drinks throughout the session. It’s the perfect way to stay energised while you create, while reflecting our commitment to staying healthy, polished, and professional—without losing that birthday treat vibe.

Day 1

Day 1: Foundations & Application (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

  • Arrival, introductions, and overview of the workshop. Enjoy healthy nibbles, drinks, and get into the creative spirit.

  • Understanding products, tools, hygiene, bead control, and brush technique. This sets the foundation for everything, taught with a professional lens.

  • Step-by-step demo covering prep, tip application, and setting up for acrylic.

  • Time to relax, snack, and reset.

  • Begin building your acrylic set with guided support—focus on structure, bead placement, and control.

  • One-on-one guidance, troubleshooting, and refinement. Set goals for Day 2.

Day 2

Perfecting, Designing & Finishing (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

  • Quick refresh of Day 1, set goals for the day.

  • Learn how to properly shape, refine structure, and achieve a clean, professional finish.

  • Add final refinements and top coat to complete your set.

  • Professional-style photo moments, content creation, and presentation of completion certificates. Celebrate your work.

Stephanie - Founder of Xisnails

Stephanie is a passionate educator with a love for creating accessible, engaging learning experiences. As a fully qualified nail technician, she brings her enthusiasm for beauty, creativity, and fun into every session. Known for her calm, encouraging teaching style, Stephanie believes that real growth happens when learners feel both challenged and supported.

Her birthday workshop is her way of celebrating differently—by giving back to the nail community, sharing her skills, and creating a space where others can learn, connect, and enjoy the art of nails together.
